Such thing as TOO MUCH FLOW ?

Got about 2150gph turning over in my 75g (soon to be 90g). Curious if I'm pushing too much flow. Learned in my 20g that my BTA likes VERY little flow !!! The 75g has the percs and purple firefish but no corals, or anemones. Just curious if I should:
1 - slow it down some
2 - add some creatine so they can buff up :D :D
They really don't seem bothered too much. They tend to stay towards the left with occasional trek to the right. Everyone else (the invert cleanup crew) just moves about at their leisure.

you know you have to much flow when
10. your fish cant swim fast enough to keep up in the "low flow" zones
9. you cant see anything in the tank because it is blowing the substrate all over the place
8. the water level on one side is dramatically higher on one side than the other
7. your tank has a "whirlpool" effect
6. it accually blows ick off the fish
5. it throws that big 40lb peice of live rock in your tank around like a ragdoll
4. your powerheads alone cause rolling blackouts
3. you put your hand in there and it pins it against the glass...
2. your clownfish is a orange blur...
and the number one reason that you know you have too much water flow...
you have more pounds of powerheads than you do of live rock

Yes there is, esp if you have corals that require a low to med flow rate. If you have a high flow rate throuughout your tank you can cut back by putting you powerheads on timers or getting a wavemaker. Personally I use timers.
