Sufficient Lighting?

What would be enough light for a 125gal. with 200+lbs of live rock. Wanting to keep and grow all kinds of soft corals clams, and maybe some very few hard corals. What brand and how many please

well as for brand names theres many.. what kind? again 4 types to go with..
for what your wanting theres three...
VHO+MH
pc+MH
PC+VHO..
you would to get somewhere from 4 to 7 watts a gallon...so the math part is easy... just the money for some...
money no prob... go with VHO+MH
