Suggestions needed on Shipping Cleaner Shrimp

I have a cleaner shrimp in Chicago I need to have sent to me in Bloomington. Any suggestions on the best way to do this?

He needs a little water and a lot of air. When the company I worked for shipped shrimp we used about 10% water and 90% O2 in the bag. Make the bag hard so he cant grab any slack.
