please tell me if there is anything wrong with this...

.5 inch ls bed (i wasnt going to do sand bed but i did because the pods and good things for the coral food)if this .5 inch sand bed gets disturbed will it release anything it has held like ammonia etc?
egg crate racks
10 lbs of rubble lr that will stay in the tank 24/7 it will never come out with frags.its permanent.
would 10lbs be enough for keeping stability in water chemistry (besides the obvius ca/alk)
what clean up crew would you reccomend
would i need biological and mechanical filtration?if so would it be my skimmer and lr.
