Suicidal Snails?

Does anybody else have a problem with their turbo snails falling over on their shells and die because they can get back up?? I just got rid of 3 dead snails and have been picking up other ones and putting them right side up. Is this normal??

Yes, I only seem to have the problem with Turbos and I don't plan to buy any more.

Thanks I have a couple in another tank but the rockwork isnt as rocky and complex as this tank.

I forgot to mention in the previous post that when I do find mine, I try to flip them over myself. A few times I found them in time and they lived. If not, they are a nice snack for my hermits and crab.

My turbos fall over also. I have astrea that clump together and tip each other over!

My turbos were notorious for getting themselves stuck in my powerheads. I found one in a PH at least once per day. The last 2 who did it got stuck for too long I suppose and died. One still lives, I don't know what happened to the other. I might have taken him out dead, as well.
