Ok when the power goes off how do u guys keep it from over flowing? because if i hook one up i dont want a 180 gallons all over my floor my mom would kill me.

The first thing you do is be sure there is some sort of siphon break in your tank in the return line (a hole drilled in the return just below the water line). Then when you build your sump you make sure when the water level will accomidate the amount that will empty from the display should the power go out. I hope that made sense.
