Sump design with pic for critique.

Here is my sump plan. It is a 29 gallon aquarium for a 75 gallon tank using a CPR90 overflow.
I will be running a RIO 2100 to power an ETSS 750 Evolution protein skimmer.
Return pump will be a mag 9 (950 gallons/hr).
Will this sump design work?
What depth should the water be for the ETSS 750 in the skimmer chamber?
Too many baffles?
How deep should the deep sand bed be?
Other suggestions?

>>> What's the overflow rated at...? May want to go higher to "feed" the skimmer a decent amount of water and still have enought to keep flow up in fuge<<<

>>>Believe 6 1/4" to 9"...someone else to confirm..??<<<
Too many baffles?
>>>Yes...skip 1st one by skimmer pump 2nd is OK raise 3rd to raise water level in skimmer chamber...even if you have to put skimmer on "shelf" to maintain opperating depth...Lose the 3 after fuge baffle, not needed...<<<
