Sump for a 180 Gallon Tank

Hello All,
I have decided to build a 180 Gallon Tank. Before I purchase all items to begin, I need to have my sump plan layed out.
For the 180 Gallon tank, I was thinking a sump from 55-100 gallons. Tell me if that is correct. Also, what filters, heaters, tubing, ect... would you reccommend for this tank? I am getting 240 lb. of live sand, and 200 lb. of live rock (may add more later.)
So pretty much all I'm asking is: What will be the best equipment for this tank?
Thanks!

For lighting, whast do you think of the "Coralife Aqualight Compact Fluorescent Strip Lights?"
I am considering getting two Aqualight Double Strip Lights (36")
Each one Includes a 34" 96 watt Actinic and a 34" 96 watt 10000°K bulb.
What do you think of this?

Personally I would opt for a sump/fuge as big as you can fit under your stand and if space isn't a problem definitely go as big as you can... I'm in the process of setting up a 240 and my sump/fuge is going to be 72"Lx30"Wx24"H.
As far as lighting you have to ask yourself what are you going to keep in the tank.... To be honest this is another area I wouldn't skimp on... You might think it's cheaper to go flourescents, but you'll probably want to expand what you want to keep in the tank, and MH is a little pricey to start, but you'll be much happier in the long run..... How many PC light strips were you planning on running???

What about the:
Illegal Site Link
I think I am willing to pay the price because it is everything I need as far as lighting goes...
Let me know, thanks!

This is the sump/fuge I had built for my 180. 72" x 24" x 18" with half as fuge and half as sump. Works great and tank is very stable.
As for lighting, if this is a FOWLR tank then just get enough to to suit your visiual taste. You dont want to overdo it and fight algae growth for no reason. If you are going with a reef setup then you are going to need a little more power. I have 3 250 watt 10k MH and 4 160 watt VHO (2 Actinic and 2 Daylight).

Its 3/8 acrylic. Had it made by a local guy. Wasn't cheap but couldnt find anything like it anywhere and wanted it done a specific way.

Still have some sanding and painting to do and still need to get the OM 4-way connected and the RO/DI connected to the Kalk-reactor for top-off but otherwise its about finished.
