Sump for a 92G RR Design Questions

Space is a premium under these things. I am using a 20G, 24x12x16, tank as a sump. I have a Euro reef 6+2 skimmer and a Eheim 1260 as a return pump.
Would a 2 baffle over / under design be sufficient to reduce microbubbles? The baffles would be 3" apart. The "under" baffle would be 2" from the bottom. I'm using 1/4 inch lexan for the baffles. I thought I'd use a 100 micron filter bag for the water entering the sump.
Also, I read something about using EPDM foam rubber weather stripping on the edges of the baffles as opposed to siliconing them in place. Looked interesting. Has anyone tried this?
All suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Bill
