sump/fuge combo- Can I buy it?

Can I buy a combo, or do I have to build it myself? I have not ran across anything that sounds like it would work...Can anyone explain?
75 Gal Fish and LR with ability to add in the future...

Thats a good lookin set up^. I chose to buy mine on the auction site. Rated for 150 gallons, sump/refugium w/skimmer. Shipped $274.

Try your hand at building 1.....It makes it that much more exciting and the feeling you get when it's all done and up and running.........Sorry, but the answer to your question is yes you can get combo units like you want.......
