Sump/Fuge Plumbing

Hi everyone,
Need some advice/suggestions.
I want to improve the plumbing for my fuge. I currently have a 20L sump and a 18 gal rubbermaid fuge. The fuge has a bulkhead which gravity feeds the sump. I have a mag12 in my sump returning to my 120gal.
Currently I have a siphon going from my tank to my fuge. I do not like this setup because when the power goes out, the siphon stops. Should I put a "T" on my return pump and feed the fuge that way or place another pump in my sump and send water to the fuge? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
JP

I use a couple of Marineland SOS overflow boxes on my display tank, one of them goes to the fuge, other to the sump. These never lose their siphon, even when the power goes out.
