I've got a wet/dry that I want to make an integrated fuge under my 85. Water flows from the overflow over the bio-balls, which will be killed soon!, and over a couple baffles to the return. How can I integrate the fuge aspect while adding my skimmer, to get it outta the tank. I've searched tons of threads and cant quite get a grip on this, Thanks!!!

Not really, Most standerd wet/drys are not built right to turn into sump/fuge, Thats why most ppl. make there own.

Some ppl. will use a power head to pump from sump to a seprate tank that they make the fuge and let that drain or syphon back to sump. A fuge really isnt any good if its small. Your skimmer can pump from sump if is a HOT and drain back to sump too. just hang it on the sump. But check water levels for power failure.

I'd rather have one sump/fuge than two units so it sounds like it wouldnt work, so my next question would be how to set it up. Fuge on the right, return middle, and skimmer left to keep the fuge low flow?

Tons of ways to make them, mine is the bacic. Drains into left chamber ( i cut the BBall box out of my w/d and still use them. Pumps for 2 skimmers and uv are in the left chamber. Water the flows thru baffels over fuge with DSB and then to return chamber with 2 pumps on the right back to tank. 100 0/0 of my tank flow goes thru it.
Not a great pic but...

Nope, The s/f is 36 x 14 x 16 high and the pumps are mag 9.5. I wish it was bigger but not because of flow. Just no room.
