Sump light recommendations?

I plan on keeping some of the liverock in the sump and I was wondering what type of light I should use.

If you are using it for just bacteria growth,then a plain ole flo will do.I don't think you really need any at all though.Unless you are also using macro algae.

What if he/she were using mico algae would a regulas floresent work??

I use a 15w flo w/a plant/aquarium bulb and I have to cut my caulerpa back due to over growth. I started the refgium sump w/a 60w grow light (see post below) and it worked well but it was to hot.
I will post new pictures when I can borrow the digital camera again.
