I just got back from coastguard fest in Grand Haven at 6pm/ We got there a 10:30am. I was an idiot and forgot to put on any sunblock

. Hours sitting in the water and on the beach without sunblock = one bad sunburn. Why is it that you never notice your starting to get burnt untill its too late? I have a feeling the next few days will suck

Get some aloe gel...put it in the fridge, and put it on

get some Banana Boat burn spray. AWESOME. It has lidocaine and helps cool it. Oh man I have been in your shoes many times.
on a side note.......Grand Haven is about my favorite place. As a kid I spent every summer on the lake there. Would love to go back, but prices of cottages/houses have gotten out of hand.

That lake is great, im glad i live within 30 min. My grandpa used to have a fishing charter on the lake but i never got to go because he died when i was like one or two.

you know that feeling you get after youve been in waves a long time and when you get out you still feel like your in them. Im feeling that now and im getting nauseous, anyway to get rid of that
