sundial T5 HO timer problem

my timer for the actinics will not work anymore any body have ever had this problem and if so how did you fix it, if you can?
i am going on vacation in a few weeks and dont want to leave the light like this what can i do?

Take it apart and find out what is wrong make sure it is not a lose wire or something.. Thats what I would do anyway test your ballast etc...

light works fine just the timer and i called the lfs he said ti bring it back and he'll give me a new one so its a win win situation for me i guess
