I was considering buying SunPaq bulbs because one bulb offers different lighting as you might know.
My current lighting is 10,000k daylight and 420nm Actinic.
I wanted to know what you people thought on this subject.
the sunpaq is a superior pc bulb from a brightness perspective even if you just get a single color current usa bulb(having gone from generic brand to sunpaq the brightness difference was quite noticable). technically 6700 will make corals grow better than 10K but with it being pc lighting and only half a tube of that being 6700k its not that big a deal. The dual actinic 460/420nm is worth EVERY penny. a true 420nm only bulb is great for color pigmentation growth and highlighting but it does virtually nothing for tank color with an equal amount of daylight bulb. The 460nm is what makes the tank look great. The 420/460 bulb just looks great with equal wattage daylight pc lighting. I think you'll be pleased using all sunpaq bulbs or at least go for the actinic.
