sunpod light??

i have a 29 gallon biocube wich sunpod fits on it? because i want an anemone and alot of coral. Also i have a yellow watchman goby and ppl say they can jump out if i had the sunpod can mine jump out??

the 20-inch sunpod will fit. the yellow goby shouldnt jump unless provoked.

how could it be provoked? my dad said his friends fish got out. i dont think . my dad will let me have it . because always makes me get what he thinks is better (even though i know more about saltwaterfish then him and i kno the metal halide is the best choise)

When provoked it would mean that they get scared or uncomfortable for something. If you get the sunpod, try covering the tank with some mesh which will stop the jumpers from rug-surfing lol

metal halide is not always the best choice tho. you can keep everything you would under a halide with intense pc lights.

i dont get it. you can keep sps with pc but very top. look at fcatch thread. he had the upgrade. and had sps. but the color is amazing!

should i get sunpod or nano tuners upgrade nanotuners is cheaper and i can have the lid with nanotuners cuz i have a yellowatchman goby and they are known to jump?

i know whatcha mean, when i was a kid and got into the hobby, mh were not affordable at all, plus money was hard to come buy and they boosted the electric bill a bit as well.

yeah, i think when it comes down to it, it is all about preference.

You can always get a T5 w/individual reflectors and keep anything you want. No heat problems which is easily a problem with a nano having MH lights... unless you want to get a chiller.
