surface movement

I have a question for more surface movement but its for my Freshwater tank hope you all don't mind.
My tank is a 46 gal bowfront and the cannister filter is the Fluval 305. I am not happy with the movement on the surface and want to create a bit more movement without tossing the fish around. I have Discus in this tank and they don't like hard movement. I have cleaned the hoses several times, the flow is open wide but it does not reach the other side of the tank like I want. So here are some options that I am looking at for the little bit more movement and I would love all opinions.
Hydor Koralia Nano Powerhead
Fluval Spray Bar
Hydor Ario Color 2 or 4

I have a spray bar on each side of my 225G.....I'd go with the spray bar
OH I also have one on my 54 corner bow with a cascade 700 canister....
moves the water pretty good.....does not blow any fish around

Thanks for your reply. I was leaning towards the spray bar myself but thought I would ask first.
Now i need to order one from Hagen if I can or from my LFS as the places I order from here in Canada don't carry them. But I know my LFS will order it in for me.
Would you know approx how much one of these would be for the Fluvals??

Sorry...no clue on the price...especially sine you say you are in Canada, and it seems like stuff there is much higher
BUT...I think you can buy a kit I did for my magnum....can't remember how much though

Okay thanks I just emailed Hagen and will phone the LFS tomorrow to see the price it cannot be that much as its just a tube with holes.
