About 5 weeks ago I received a ricordia from here...the rock in which it was attached to, crumbled and left about a 1/2 " sliver in which the ricordia was attached...the ricordia has since detached itself from this small piece.
How do I re-attach it to a rock?

if you can get some kind of lightweight screen you can put the ricordia on a rock put the screen around it (if the rock is small enough you can put a rubberband around the screen and rock so that it won't float off and it should attach to the rock within a couple of weeks.

Mine just split yesterday after about 3 weeks in the tank.

While mine was on the tiny rock left after the first one broke...it had some hard times staying put...he is now attached (tied) to a 3-4 inch piece of LR with 12 pound test fishing line...we will see what happens.
They are beautiful creatures...as simple as they are...
