TAcoma..Sorry to hear of your situation. Did you notify swf.com and send some documentation..a picture, etc.? While no business is perfect I have always been pleased with LR, livestock I have ordered from them.

i got 50lbs last week and the rock was great, a few small pieces the size of golf balls but the rest was a great mix, from softball size to bowling ball size. I ordered another 20lbs which will be arriving tomorrow to get more in the tank.
Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with it.

Like I mentioned in one of your many other threads about this, the only way that SWF.com is going to do anything is if you send them some pics. "The rock I got is crap, don't buy it." doesn't help. I seriously doubt that they aren't interested in helping you.
Most vendors usually replace damaged goods at little to no cost. I ordered some new bulbs from somwhere, they arrived broken (thanks UPS), I emailed the store, they shipped new ones priority FEDEX at no charge to me.

If you don't have proof why should they credit you ?
I had a Chevron Tang that didn't make it I sent it back followed the 15 day guarentee instructions, in 1 week I was credited for the $100. They didn't hassle me and didn't ask for pictures.

Try being friendly with your local fedex delivery guy. I personally give them holiday tips, they handle all my packages with extreme care since they know by now all my packages are usually live goods. If you are concerned still have your order delivered to your local Fedex station, then pick it up. If you have the means to and have a location near you.
