Like I mentioned in one of your many other threads about this, the only way that SWF.com is going to do anything is if you send them some pics. "The rock I got is crap, don't buy it." doesn't help. I seriously doubt that they aren't interested in helping you.
Most vendors usually replace damaged goods at little to no cost. I ordered some new bulbs from somwhere, they arrived broken (thanks UPS), I emailed the store, they shipped new ones priority FEDEX at no charge to me.
