When u place order for snail ate they spouse to come in water? And cleaner clams to?

I bought a reef package they had on sale to get free shipping if brittle star came with leg missing should I say something I know it will grow back but should it not come complete? Also looks like all snails and 1 peperment are dead. 1 st time ordering online. Makes me never wanna do again

What you need to consider when ordering livestock online are the temps around the country. Right now, much of the country is in the triple digits (according to the news). Yes, the critters are shipped in styro with heat/cold packs, but that isn't always enuff. You not only have to worry about a plane trip, and where that carrier's hub is, but the fact that the order is bouncing around in a truck at whatever temp.
We often order online, with few issues, but we try not to do so when the temps are extreme.
