What you need to consider when ordering livestock online are the temps around the country. Right now, much of the country is in the triple digits (according to the news). Yes, the critters are shipped in styro with heat/cold packs, but that isn't always enuff. You not only have to worry about a plane trip, and where that carrier's hub is, but the fact that the order is bouncing around in a truck at whatever temp.
We often order online, with few issues, but we try not to do so when the temps are extreme.
