SWF sent wrong items

Yea it says fireshrimp on my order. This is the first time this has ever happened so I am still a satisfied customer as I have ordered quite a few times and been happy.
I just hope that the gobys will be ok with my other criiters. Can anyone tell me if this will be ok. I have 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 coral banded, 1 naso tang, 1 purple tang, 3 true perc clowns, 1 Lyre tail anthias, 1 Pink square anthias, various hermit crabs and snails and 2 brittle stars. Tank is 135 gals. Thanks

nope those were the last ones. Just added the purple tang today and he is last. Although I wanted 2 more fire red shrimp. Taz the firefish are the red and white ones. As soon as they got in the tank they looked around and hightailed it to the LR. Guess I'll have to wait and see them tomarrow. Hopefully SWF will see the error of there ways and sesnd the shrimp free of charge Have a nice night and I will let eveyone know what happens.

i order from swf.com and a couple fish died. so they said that they will either A. send me new fish but i have to pay for shipping. B. wait till i order again and they will put it in for free. so i have 3 fish coming to me. and my tank is full now so i have no room for them? but they messed up so maybe they will send u new ones for free. and keep the old ones. it will cost more to ship them back, then what their worth.

I had a problem like yours. They gave me a coupon for what i needed. So on your next purchase you can apply that and it will take them off your bill, granted that you will order from them again.
I have order all my coral from here ... very happy with them.

Well heres the latest from SWF. They said that they screwed up and wanted to know the best day to accept a delivery is as they will send my shrimp asap. They also said that I can keep the Fire goby's free of charge.:joy: :yes: Thanks for all the replys and thanks to SWF for quick response in fixing this situation. I will keep on rocking with them as my 135 is stocked but I'm on the hunt for bigger and badder.:happy:

umm i thought that you should only have 2 clowns at a time cause the third will be ousted. yours get along? i was also told that i couldnt have brittle stars cause they eat invertibrates. yours hasnt eaten the cleaner shrimp , the CB or the hermits??

I got all 3 at the same time. Two were in same tank at LFS. When they went roaming one of the pair started to hang out with the third. They picked on the loner a little but they all thre hang out in feather dusters together. As far as the brittle they haven't caused any probs as they came in a cleaner crew bought from this site. As a matter of fact they had a baby( I think) and it is doing well also I did see one grab a dead crab and eat him though, kept me from having to reach into the tank.
