Switched Out Tanks and have a ?

Well the other day I'm sure some read about my dilemma with my 55 gallon tank and how it was about to bust from the broken frame up top. So I took everything out of the old tank and put into the new tank. Will this cause a mini-cycle or will everything pretty much stay the same since I used all the stuff out of the other tank? I have checked my levels and the only one out of whack was my trates, they are around 20ppm and the AMM has elevated to .25. Everything else checks out just fine. Should I be worried about anything or am I in the clear? Thanks

with all that live rock and sand you should not get much of a mini cycle if any. the ammonia level might just be from the sudden loss of nitrifying bacteria. it should recover quickly. just monitor the ammonia levels. if they dont get any higher your ok.
