So as the pre order approaches I wanted to see if anyone else is looking at the phone. it comes out next month and runs that new android thing from google. Any one that works at t mo can confirm some stuff for me? Pm me.

Is she a cust care rep or in retail? Tell her to search for it in streamline.. Things like this dont show up till close to launch but if you know where to find it you can.. trust me I use to work there and I found all kinds of stuff that was coming out.

She actually just transferred to high balance. She was in Customer care . Shes a CR3 I believe is the title . I will see if she looked on streamline . Like you said it might just be them keeping it quiet . Then again she might just be having a bad attitude day and not want to give me the lowdown on it . Hard to tell .
I do know that they did NOT get the J.D.POWERS this year for customer service . I guess it has not been a lot of fun around there lately .
When I was after my side kick 3 I had to wait because it wasn't avalible to employee's yet . Then when I got it there was major problems with it . I had to soft reset it a few times a day and it had to have a hard reset a few times a week . It ttok me about a month before I sent it back and I was put at the end of the list to get a replacement because I was an employee account . So I ordered the blackberry to keep me going . Two days after I got my blackberry I got my side kick . Thank god for the auctionsite I turned the side kick around

Ya I dont like sidekicks. I think they are junk. In high balance she should still have access to streamline. Like I said its more of just looking to find things somethings are there they just dont say anything about them till its time or they feel they need to. Like all of the hidden policy's to get out of fees lol. This phone has been in the works for a long time and daily new info gets leaked about it. Mostly from the Fcc and employees of t mo. Thats where all of the info on most of the sites are from. I think T mo had lost JD Powers 2 times now!

Darn if thats true I know more about it then the employees. Wel guess we will have to see. Got about 3 weeks till it gets released. Guess t mo is trying to be a like apple. Everyone knows it comming but they act like they dont know what we are talking about?
