Change it out for what? Another daylight? Yes you can, BUT I would highly recommend not doing it. Your corals won't look as good. If you want an actinic that has some more benefit, try a 420nm actinic.

If you are at the point of changing your bulbs, I would consider doing some research into the different types and colors of bulbs that are out there. The color combination will affect not only coral pop, but growth rate and appeal to the eye as well.

it looks good imo but my girlfriend brought up a good point about it being more blue than daylight, and i dont know much about t5 lighting

Current T5 stock bulbs are horrible in my honest opinion. The fixture is great, but replace the bulbs. Look into WavePoint 420nm actinic.
I had Current fixtures on my tank for a long time and once I swapped the stock bulbs out (I did 10K Coralife Daylights and a 420nm WavePoint actinics) it changed the entire look of the tank. 420nm actinics are more purple and not as bright as the more blue actinic. They make certain colors pop more in my honest opinion, help a little more with coral growth (I can attest to this first hand) and don't saturate the tank in "blue" lighting.
Honestly, swap out both the actinic and daylight. Look up some ATI T5HO setups. If you search for NYCbob's thread, he has a beautiful tank with T5's and he lists which ones he uses.

There is a T-5 expert on this site. I wont rat him out (lives in the aquaruim) as Im sure he comes here to get away from it. He has a home page that explains how best to combo different lights. I would suggest looking at the other site for his thread. Not real hard to find!
But make sure you come back!
