Are T5's HO 4x54W for a 90g tank sufficient to have corals in my tank? Dimensions are 48"Lx18"Wx22"D.

That really isn't a whole lot. You're going to want in the 6-8 bulb range IMO if you want to keep everything (anemonies, clams, LPS, and SPS). Aquactinics just released a 48" Constellation fixture that has 7 bulbs. That would be my first pick. A tad bit expensive, but one of the best T5 brands out there.
Right now you can keep softies with no problems, and the majority of the LPS in the top 1/2.

i hv to disagree with the 2 previous reponses. t5 4x54w will support most sps as long as u keep them at the top half of the tank. i ran that light fixture b4 for long time with success. i recently upgraded to t5 8x54w bc i want the flexibility of putting my sps anywhere.

I dont know if I would go with any sps with the 4 T-5's, but I have 6 T-5's over my 75 gallon and I have sps and clams on the bottom of my tank. In a 90 gallon I would go with at least with 6 54 watt HO T-5's, and thats with putting sps on the upper half of the tank. Might be a little conservitive, but when you think about the money you are going to spend then it is way worth being conservitive. MHO
