Hmmmmm......Didn't think about that. If I am having a 3/4" output....what size bulkhead would I need??

You'll need a 3/4" bulkhead.
The HOLE for a 3/4" bulkhead is larger than 3/4 though. The hole for most 3/4" bulkheads is 1 3/8, but check with who you are buying your bulkhead from to be sure.
The good news is that all common sized bulkhead holesaws are readily available, so even though 1 3/8 sounds like an oddball size, you'll have no trouble finding a holesaw once you find a supplier.
