whats the best pics ... lights on and flash or no flash, lights off with flash, just actinic or what ??? ... how do you guys & gals take yours .... thanks for your help

just mess around and practice with different settings

yea, just play around and you'll figure it out, different for each person...i like whatever lights, one or actinic, and no flash, macro mode of course.

first of all depends on your camera? different cameras behave differently. I use a film SLR with an auxillary flash with a soft box over it.
