Has anyone ever heard of a yellow tang nipping at or picking on an anemone?
My rose bubble tip anemone arrived last Friday (3/11). I made sure to temp acclimate then drip acclimate (2 hours). On Sunday (3/13) I purchased a yellow tang and torch coral locally. The first day or two I saw the anemone fully open and looking beautiful. The past several days she has been shrunken up most of the time.
So back to my original question, is it more likely the acclimation didn't go well, the tang is being aggressive, or something else?
Water tests are fine.
80 degrees
1.025 salinity
8.2 pH
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
0-5 nitrate (hard to tell, but definitely acceptable range)
