tang, grouper, clown

please dont yell at me... i got a blue hippo tang, tomato clown, and a panther grouper today! They are all swimming together already.. it was amzaing when i put them in the tank.. I also get a anemone. the grouper tired to eat it and i think he got stung. Ive never seen a fish swim so fast away from it when he got stung. I know your thinking i am crazy but when i was there they also ordered me a 150 gallon tank. The hippo tang follows the clown around all over the tank. he wont leave his side. The hippo tang also went up to the top of the tank and ate today! tHE grouper is eating krill. Ill keep you posted on imformation about my tank.
just so we knew that the grouper wouldnt harm the tang or clown we put all three of them in an emty tank they didnt have fish in and they all were fine. I watched them for 15 minutes and they were fine so i got them....
ps: the hippo tang is the size of your finger nail....

What size tank are the fish in now? How long has it been running? You'll need the 150 gallon tank right away, just to keep the tang happy. And that's a heck of a bio load in one day. Keep an eye on your chemicals.

my boiload is low.... im amzaed by how well they are doing the first day.. they act like it is the 1st year. They all swim together... the tank is a 40 gallon... soon to be 150 simi reef...

Don't be surprised if that clown gets slurped up by the grouper someday...they have big mouths & will eat anything that fits in them.

the clown is bigger than the grouper... the grouper and yellow tang will be in my 150 and the hippo and clown will stay in the 40.. Ill let the hippo get bigger and then put him in the 150. Then ill add a porpine puffer in with the grouper and two tangs. the clown will stay in the 40... ill get some other small fish to put in the 40 so the clown has some friends...
ps. the grouper is showing no aggresivess to the hippo tang that is twice as small as him.. the tang swims away when the grouper gets to close.. My little (5 years old) cousin was amzaed that i had nemo and dory. Then she got mad at me for taking them out of the sea. She is smart and noticed the anemone was different than in the movie... she thinks there is only one of each.
