My new Harlequin Tusk is constantly harrased by a large yellow tang . Any suggestions on fixing ths problem? I put the tang in my QT for a few days and even moved the rocks a bit but only worked for a short while. If nothing works I'm getting rid of the Tang. If anyone is interested in the tang i posted and ad in the classifieds.

You have many options, you could try moving the rock around to change terrotories, you could take the tang out and put him in a quaritine for a while so that he settles down, or you could get rid of one of them.

lol you dont say. why didn't he think of that

Let's see. You've quarantined the fish, moved the rocks about, and might have to get rid of the tang?
I'd also suggest, you try putting the fish in QT, move the rocks, or perhaps selling one of the fish!
I'm kidding, that was just too funny of a reply!

Peter, on a more serious note, my guess is that the tang will have to go unless your tank is huge. I've never had luck redecorating the aquarium when one fish has a real eye out for another. And Tusks are great fish.

Use Photoshop to construct a picture of the tusk eating the tang, then post that on the side of the tang. Or make a picture of you clubbing the tang over the head. That should scare him.
