If A Tang Have Hlle And Is Almost Healed Can He Past It On To Another Tang Or To A Clown Fish

I'm no expert, but no, I don't think so. I believe hlle is due to a deficiency in it's diet, not something that is brought on like a parasite. if you use zoecon in your fish's food and have a grounding probe, you should have no problems at all with hlle.

This is not a contagious condition, however, the conditions that caused it in one fish, if left unaddressed, can cause other fish in the tank to get it as well.
