tang won't eat his greens!

I purchased a yellow tang a few days ago, and he's eating great except he won't eat any greens I put on his clip. Is there something I can supplement for this. I've been feeding him form.1 flake, emerald entree, and spirulina brine. I'm going to switch the form. 1 for 2 btw. Could he be spooked from that dumb giant nemo on the clip?

Just leave some on thet clip.....he will eventually eat it...maybe big clip reminds him of fat mother in law. Lord, I'd probably skip a few meals too

Well I left them on the clip and when I came home from work he ate everything on there. I guess he finally figured out ol'nemo was plastic. I don't blame him though, that thing is pretty scarry looking.:scared:

i had 2 tangs that wouldn't even look at the clip and then i got my purple, he tore it up and the others joined in...

If you're using Nori or something similar rub it and get pieces to float around the tank. Sometimes it seems they just don't see whats in the clip. But if a piece is floating in front of his face and he doesn't want it, then maybe he just isn't a big fan of seaweed. Kinda odd but could happen.
