tangs and tanks

i need all of the feedback that i can get for this question. a couple people have told me that a tang, such as a hippo, should not be added to my 29g tank. please give me some feedback. i really like the tangs, especially the hippo. thanks.

Sorry - but your 29 gal can only house small fish. The hippo gets to be about 12.5 inch. and would be very cramped in the 29.

well i few people have told you the tank is too small what are you looking for a few people to say the tank is not to small?? It is quite simple the tank is too small, people here are just trying to help and save you some greif over lost fish from their own experience, in the end it is only advise to a question which you asked the final decission is yours

think bigger and when you get there go another foot or two for good measure

That would sort of be like you living your life out in a 2x2 closet. All Tangs need room to swim.
