I have blue. yellow and kole tangs in my tank. I wanted to add a purple tang...Is this a good choice? I have heard that if I put him in last it will work.

Personally...I'd avoid more than 1 or 2 tangs in anything 75 gal or less. They tend to get rather large and need lots of swimming room to stay healthy. I do keep a yellow in my 58 gal fish only...he's been there for over 8 months and still seems healthy as ever...but no way would I consider another in the 58...and I'd seriously consider avoiding additional tangs in your 75....they just get too big and need too much room. But maybe thats just me....

i agree with the above statements. i had a purple and a yellow in a 75 that i got when they were about 3 inches from snout to the base of the fin. they ate like pigs and grew like monsters. when i upped mt tank to a 135 they both went in and love how much space there was. i was pushing it with two in a 75, youve already got three, i really wouldnt add a fourth, as you might have some serious problems! JMO, though
good luck
