Tank Chemistry not Changing

Hi All,
I am having a weird issue with my tank that I am hoping that someone can give me some input on. I have had my tank setup with fish for two weeks now. I have a 90 gallon tank with 4 clowns and two damsel fish. I also haven 25 pounds of live rock. Here is my question... There has been no change in my tank chemistry. I have no ammonia, no nitrites, no nitrates. The PH is 8.1. The fish seem to be doing fine and so do the live rock organisms. I am using Biozyme to help cycle the tank. I am curious as to why I have not seen any change in tank chemistry... Especially ammonia. I feed the fish daily and they alway eat the food. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. Scott

I"ve had mine running for about 2 weeks and saw no change either  Then I bought another test kit and all the levels were different. So all my readings for the 1st 2 weeks are worthless. Mine was almost 3 years old. Maybe try another kit?? or take your water to your LFS and have them test it.

I have tried two different test kits (even different brands) I have been testing every other day for the last two weeks. The clown fish are doing great... Even better than the damsels... Any other questions to help explain this Phenomenon? I just want to see some kind of change. SCott
