tank conditions

can anyone give me good numbers for a tank for the pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. Like what is a good range for each of them. Thanks ahead of time

pH: 8.0-8.4
ammonia and nitrite: 0
nitrate: I'd consider up to 20 safe for some corals, but the lower the better

what is too high for pH to introduce 2 clowns into a tank. The tank is new just live rock and crabs. I dont want to kill nemo. Also how long should I wait before i put some nemos in after the tank has been started? Sorry about the questions its been a while since i have added a fish to a tank i have had my fish in my 75g for 5 years now with no problems jsut water changes every other week.
