tank construction suggestions/ideas plz

ok this is my mspaint drawing premiere so plz bare with me lol. first a bit bout the tank. the tank is a 90g tank. it has no built in overflow but i do plan on emptying out the tank into garbage bins and leaving the LR in a bucket with a powerhead and heater as well as my blenny and cleanner shrimp in a seperate bucket. than when the job is done, put the water back as well as everything else. I do however want to convert it to a fuge as well so suggestions r welcome. the tank is glass but i wanted to know if i could use plastic to cut a corner off and silicone it to the tank so it looks like an overflow corner. but what will be sending water into the sump is 2 (240 gph) powerheads, and the returns are the same. plz help me out w/ suggestions and ideas on how i can make it a fuge. a pic is below that i drew up

the sump is acrylic. the heater will be going into the last section as well as a UV sterilizer. the red dots are a powerhead and green lines coming off the return lines are pvc to push the water around. what should b in second baffle? and last compartment?
Administrators i kno i double posted here and sorry. i just think i would get quicker responses here.

I hate to tell you this but it won't work the way you think. The problem is that both sets of pumps will never equal out and will possibly flood either the DT or the sump. You need to gravity fed the sump by way of some ort of over flow. The PH's in the sump will have a bunch of head pressure and will likly give you little to nothing back in the DT. You'll need a bigger return pump.
There are several ways to have an OF on your tank. The easiest would be a HOB OF that drained into the sump and returned with a pump. If you want to drill and not have anything hanging on the back here are 3 threads that do it in different ways....

I'm sure there are more designs but this should give you a good idea

Yup, you don't use powerheads to drain into a fuge/sump, you always use gravity to feed them. Get a cheap overflow box and a nice mag drive for the return.

i do have an overflow box and a stronger return magdrive. i just wanna hide the ugly overflow but if nething ill put it in a corner and just let gravity do its thing. i just thought it would b better that way but thats why i asked for input. any suggestions on how to make the wet/dry/sump into a fuge though? and what should be in the second and last chambers besides what i said. thanks

Ever considered drilling the tank? If you drill a hole, you can install some PVC to drain the water down, thus you have no concerns of having to see the overflow and you'll never flood anything either.

well see the tank is stocked right now with LS and LR and has been running for couple of months so I dont wanna risk drilling it, tank cracks and im screwed you know. I dont mind having an HOB overflow at all but it was just an idea.
