Tank died restoring it too health

OK so the holidays and work overtook me. I had gotten a second tank several months ago but I have ignored it and the salinity level became too high to measure plus my powerheads stopped working. The rocks turned green.
I want to bring them back. I fixed and replaced the phs and things are flowing nicely. I am going to treat it like a cycle. Wait a month. Start testing in a week.
Should I seed my tank with some new raw liverock from the store or from some cured rock from my other tank. Or should I just let time correct my mistake.
Any suggestions?

I dont think there's a "need" to seed with new LR, unless you just want to buy it.
Im sure there's still enough good bacteria in the tank to keep the nitrogen cycle moving.
What are the parameters testing at? Amm, -trite and -trate?
