The problems fixed now, i think, the tank isn't white anymore. I should have taken a pic but i was so upset and trying to fix it asap that i didn't think about it. i just don't ever want it to happen again I run carbon and the only additive i use is liquid reef to build up my coraline.

Please do not add this liquid reef unless you know your pH, alk and calcium.
It is really important to have those all in balance, and if out of balance, they will cause calcium precipitation (a white tank), esp overnight.

That's mine Sweetie, I let it "blow" so I could get a picture of it. Just wanted to show it looks like fog when caulerpa "goes".... not green.
And just so we are all on the same page, it's macro algae, not micro. That kindda means 2 different things. Just so we don't get confused.

LOL...Whew...yep I do that..get all confused, OP kept saying he/she didn't have any so I circled it to show that he/she did have it...and on top of it all, I spelled it wrong.
I also now have learned that it goes white not green, so back on track...It really is great that you take pictures of the good and bad. It does make a great learning tool.
Just from following the conversation I knew I got off track somewhere.
