Tank for a damsel?

Hey everybody, another newbie here!
I'm thinking about getting a damsel soon and I was wondering how big of a tank I should get (since I'm only going to have the damsel in the tank)?
I'm trying to choose between the 12 gallon nano & the 24 gallon aquapod
Would the 12 gallon be too small for just one damsel?
Thanks in advance!

Either a domino, blue devil, or a yellow tail. Would a 12 gallon be too small for any of those?

save up 10 more bucks and get a clown they are nicer and more eye pleasing and would be fine in a 12G

The clowns are more fun to watch as Dresta says, I do have a yellowtail blue damsel and quite a nice little fish they are. Mine is the only one with two clowns and I have never had a problem with it. Nice color too.
As for the tank, the motto goes: "Buy the biggest you can afford". So if you have to pick between the 12 gal and 24 gal I would go the 24 gal. This would give you a a nice tank to work with live rock, some easy corals and a few fish too. A bit more stable than the 12 gal and I think you would be very happy too.
Good luck.....

I have never had a domino but I have seen how big they get. Also they do not keep their nice black and white spots. They turn a gray/black as they get older.
