I will have to look up the price and company the overflow is and get back to you tommarrow. Are you interested in the sump (the overflow comes with hoses and a U-tube that lead into the sump)? The overflow looks very similure to this one:

The gallons per hour I am not sure. I do know it works up to a 60 gallon tank. Also the sump is a Suncoast Berlin Sump.
Price:
Overflow- $100 shipping- $5.31 (ground delivery by Fed EX)
Sump- $100 shipping- $6.91 (ground delivery by Fed EX)
These are not exact shipping prices. I did a quick quote at FedEx.com

Update:
Everything is still for sale. If I can I would like to sell all together. I need to sell all Live Rock and Live Sand befor seperating anything from the tank (so the rock and sand will stay alive and clean). If you buy Live Rock, Live Sand and something else from the tank there will be a discount.

Blue Oasis, e-mail me, I definitely want the sand and I might want the live rock too. If you want to package it together for $70 it's sold. I don't really have a use for a discount on another item because I'm setting up a 125 and I don't think any of your equipment is going to do me any good. I can pick up Weds before 5 or next Sunday anytime. E-mail me, let me know, thanks.

Hey Bvert38 I don't have your e-mail so I will respond here. For all Live Rock (40lbs) and Sand (60lbs) I can't sell any less than $100. If you pick up next sunday I can give you all the sand and rock for $100. E-mail me at Oldsmar5@aol.com with your e-mail and we will set up time for sunday.
