As I said I live in wisconsin, not in CA. so it might be different out there. Also I not sure how this works across state lines.

if both parties live in the same state. but if you were to take me to court there on a false claim, you think a judge would really rule against me? the peoples court is a agreed court date and they are paid for it, not to mention airfare and motel. and what you quoted means to me that you would have to have contact in person (Same state) for that to apply hense bodily injury auto accidents damage in general. Fact is Stacy is a thief but if you dont pay with paypal your screwed, thats the only way really on helping with fraud. they will pay you back and they will deal with it. if the person is too shady to get a paypal account or too young for one. DONT SEND THEM MONEY
