Tank hates clownfish????

Ok, I don't get it, I have lost 3 clownfish in the past 3 months, lost a pair (Marshall and Lilly) about 3 months ago, and just lost my latest clown (Chester) this morning. Im almost certain that the ick claimed Marshall and Lilly, but Chester, had no signs of anything, looked fine, ate like a champ, swam around quite a bit too. The only thing odd was that he really liked the top of the tank for some reason, about 50% of the time he was near the bottom, then the other 50% he was at the top. There was also a white zit (is what it looked like, except it wasn't a zit) on his side about a week ago, but it had gone away a few days ago. I have a tail spot goby (Barney is his name) and a koran angel (Robin), they all got along great, except Robin didn't seem to like Chester sometimes, but it was rare. Barney has been in the tank for almost 3 months now, right about the same time the ick took Marshall and Lilly, and Robin is coming up on 2 or 3 weeks. Both are doing great, both are getting bigger everyday, and Robin, is starting to get some yellow around her mouth, and Barney, has a gut.... I just don't get it. I also have noticed a coroline algae bloom recently, along with some green algae on the glass but, can be scrapped off, just been really busy lately with my EMT class (no I am not neglecting the fish, when I take a break, the tank gets my undivided attention). My button corals on my LR is growing like crazy too (not spreading, just getting bigger). I tested my water, and everything seems to be fine, but I will post the readings again, later tonight when I get off work. Any thoughts? At this point, I am really glad I didn't get the maroon pair like I wanted to, but the boss (my girlfriend) said no lol. I guess I owe her one for saving me $10....

First of all, I love the names!
How long had you had Chester? Did you quarantine each of the fish before adding them?

Sadly, with such an expensive hobby, one would think to get a quarantine tank when they set up, bud I did not, so no, I didn't, I really wish I had one. Chester was in the tank for maybe a week, or 2. TY, the GF and I really like How I Met Your Mother! (cant wait for season 5 to come out on DVD or Blu Ray (whichever comes first)). It just kinda shocked me to see him dead, he LOOKED so healthy, I fed him Mysis shrimp (think thats what it is, its frozen, and in cubes)). He ate well, swam well, its a mystery...
