tank levels...

my tanks levels are
ammonia is in between 0 and .25
Nitrate is about 10
ph between 8.2 and 8.4
nitrite is 0
are my levels good for fish?
if not how do i lower them...

Just keep up with your water changes and wait for a complete lack of ammonia. Then wait a little more, to be on the safe side.
Then you add your crew. You "feed" the tank throughout this whole thing to culture up your bacteria and keep the crew alive.
Then you get your fish.

ur nitirite is good ur ph is good ur nitrate is alittle high and ur ammonia is good if it stays at 0. How long has ur tank been cycleing for usually it just takes time for it to go down.

the live rock has been cured for about 1-2 weeks and already did 1 water change...
how long does it take for the ammonia to go down?

It depends on the amount of die-off coming from the LR. Generally it takes six weeks or so for a tank to fully cycle.
