Tank looks horrible--

Problem
#1 Green Algea that's out of hand!
It looks like a short hair algea on my live rock. Green layer on the sides of the tank.
#2 Astrid Jellyfish (the little white snowflakes all over my glass)
Specs:

15g Tall w/ 5.5g Fug
RO/DI water
40w PC 50/50 on 9hr a day
40w HO T5 50/50
Feed 1x day
just a little bit of mysis
sometimes pyoplanton
Koria #1
Maxi-Jet 600
Aragonite
(2) 50w Stealth heaters 80*
Fug has cheato macro algea
18w PC 6,500k + 10k
What's in it:
Engineer gobie
Fire Cleaner shrimp
fighting cong snail
(2) Turbo's
(2) of the undergravel snails forget the name
Few mushrooms and zoo's

water change schedule? engineer goby will outgrow your tank, Nassarius Snail are more than likely the snails

You may want to cut back on your lighting schedule - to just a few hurs a day temporarily and check position of tank to insure that natural sunlight is not hitting it. I would also add several more turbos and/or an emerald crab in there to combat the algae.
