Tank Move Help!!!

I got a 55G tank which i moved to my house yesterday, after the water clears up better, can i just go ahead and add the fish that had before? I also have two shrimps, Boxer and red blood, the tank has a built in over flow but the water level is not high enough yet for it to work. I got one rubbermaid filled with the LR from it with water and the other one has the fish/shrimp/Rest of LR. Both with heaters and the one with the fish with bubbles............

You should try and make sure the new tank isnt going to cycle.

Personally I would wait until you have the 55 up and running with the overflows working. Let the tank run for at least 2-3 weeks to make sure that you have some type of cycle then it should be alright to add the fish.
