Tank Pricing 75 and 90gals

I was just wondering if this pricing sounds normal. My LFS jacks prices on just about everything but it's not like you can order tank online without paying shipping out the a$$. My LFS has standard 75 all-glass for $130, Drilled with built in overflow for $215, and they have standard 90s for $215 and drilled/overflow for $265. Would this be a normal price for these tanks? I'm looking to up grade to a drilled 48" tank since i don't have room for anything longer right now. So i'm pretty much debating geting a 75 and having a local guy drill it for 25bucks, so that'd be 155 total, or springing for the drilled 90.

Spring and go the drilled 90gal. That is not a bad price for an AGA. I paid around $290 for mine. Drilling a glass tank can be a real test of nerves. But just think, one crack and its all done. I got an AGA 90 w/ overflows sitting in my basement waiting for the stand to be built and the equipment to arrive. Very nice tank,

Yeah, i think I'm going to spring for the drilled 90 come time though i rather have a bulkhead instead of an over flow so i can direct half the water to the fuge instead of having to pump up to the "display fuge". I'm going to have a 20 long for half fuge/half frag tank next to the 90 and those will drain to probably a 40 gallon sump. So that'll at least give me 140 or so worth of water volume leaving 10 gallons open in the sump for power outage draining.
ironsnipes, not everyone has drilled tanks. But if you want to have a sump then it's a good idea to save yourself the possible flood if you use an over the back siphon and it's looses the siphon. So then you can keep all your filtration out of sight and no hang on the back junk. I just wish i started with a drilled tank.
