Tank progress...what do you think of this?

Well, I'm busy getting all of the parts necessary to get my 100g up and running.
It is a 100g, Lee-Mar glass diamond edge mitered tank, with a corner overflow in the back left corner. 60 1/2" x 18 3/8" x 23 1/2".
I decided to buy a sump instead of using my 60g. So here's what I have:
180 model Southbay sump
Southbay 6-1 in sump skimmer
Iwaki 40RT return pump (in line, so they drilled the sump for me)
2 - Maxijet 1200's for circulation in the display tank.
I have the necessary bulkheads and tubing, and a ball valve between the pump and sump.
18g rubbermaid container for Refugium.
I am building a stand next weekend with a friend.
Other than that, I still need lighting and fans for the hood. I was thinking of 2-250w 10,000K MH and 2-VHO Actinic. Thoughts?
Am I missing anything? Does all of this sound OK?

I would put the ball valve on the outflow side of the pump. The instructions for my Iwaki pump say not to put it on the suction side.

The 180 sump is not the size...180g is the largest capacity tank the sump is rated to handle. 180 is the model.
Well, It isn't set up yet, so I can only do a diagram of what I expect it to look like. I am going to split the return line and regulate pressure with ball valves, so it feeds to the fuge as well as the display. The majority of the pressure will be to the display.
Then the fuge will overflow back into the sump.
The reason they told me to put the ball valve at the intake side was in case I had to remove the pump for some reason, I didn't have to drain the entire sump. If it is open all the way, it shouldn't restrict any flow. Glad the lights seem OK.

No problem....believe me, if I had a 180, the 100g would be the sump, not the other way around...
