Looks like someone has been brown-nosing Santa.
My recommendation is to go to a grocery store or Wal-mart and buy Reverse Osmosis/Distilled water. Tap water has many metals and other junk that will cause problems down the road. It sounds like you are off to a very good start, and I wish you luck.
Are you familiar with the whole cycling process? It will be especially important with uncured rock and might take a little longer. If you aren't familiar, do a search for cycle.

i was told to mix cured and uncured LR when cycling..(uncured to produce amonia) and (cured LR with live sand to remove it) worked great for me...and i also "fed" the tank small amounts..i let it sit around 6 or 7 weeks just to be sure...(and because of a new found lack of funds)....

sounds like you are off to a good start. i would suggest water from your local fish store (lfs) or the machines at wal-mart or local grocery store. you can buy the 7 gal water jugs at wal-mart, and use them over and over for water change and top off water. I started with a 55 gal, and it was a good size for me to start with. Are you going fish only with liive rock or reef? i dont see anything about wat type of lights you have?

Looks pretty good.
If there is a LFS in the area that will sell RO/DI water, I would get that, if not, then go to wal-mart and get the RO out of the machine they have there. It is a Culligan machine, That water is not as good as the RO/DI but will do. Then I would look into a RO/DI filter system, you can usally find them on the aution sites for about $120.00. I would look at a 5stage with a DI filter on it also. You would only need a 75gal per day.
Look for a couple of powerheads. You will need good circulation in the tank to prevent dead spots. Maxijets are a good filter for the $$, and not too expensive. Then try to find a copy of the book, "The Conciensous Marine Aquartist" something like that, my spelling is terrible.

Next you need to decide what type of lights you want to get. Are you planning a "fish only" tank, if that is the case then you can use the floresent lights that come with the tank when you buy it, or you could get a compact Floresent they are also known as (power compacts). But a fish only means just that, fish only.No anemones or corals.
If you are thinking you may want a bubbletip anemone to host a clownfish, then I would look into a nice set of T-5's. They really aren't that much more than a set of power compacts.
But for now just pick up the powerheads, and the book, and check you LFS to see how much they charge for RO/DI water. They may give you a cut price since you are getting enough to set up a tank. But do talk to them a couple days before you want it, so they can make sure to set enough aside for you.
